Connecting to Redshift using R from an EC2 instance

Contrary to how hard is to set up a Redshift driver for Python on an EC2 instance, it is actually quite simple for R.

1. Get the driver

First, you need to get the driver from AWS with the following command. Make sure you’re in the folder where you want your driver to be.
